The Austin, Texas business lawyers at AttorneyBritt have always offered an up to 1 hour consultation for a flat fee of $250.00, and we have always had client meetings from time to time, as needed for the per hour work we do with our clients.  Now those calls and meetings are done by video, telephone, and/or email, whichever our clients prefer.

Video Calls can be done using your smartphone or using your webcam and microphone equipped desktop computer using any of the following applications.

1. Zoom Cloud Meeting ... You can download and install it from the Google Play Store at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=us.zoom.videomeetings
There is also an Apple version of the Zoom app.

Sign up for a Zoom Cloud Meeting free account at https://zoom.us/ . Then download the Zoom Cloud Meeting app from either the Google Play Store or Apple Store depending on your smartphone.

2. Google Duo ... You can download and install it from the Google play store at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.tachyon

Google Duo is Google’s version of Apple’s Facetime application, and works well with smartphones.

Note: Google Duo is excellent for one phone to one phone connections.  Similar to Apple Facetime connections.  For multi-party/multi-location connections with 3 or more participant phone numbers or locations, then Zoom or WebEx are the best choices.

3. Cisco’s WebEx Meetings ... You can download and install WebEx Meetings for your desktop computer at https://www.webex.com/downloads.html/. The smartphone app versions available from the Google Play Store and Apple Store are linked on that same page.

All of the above apps are completely free to download and use. They are all from reputable well known companies, and are perfectly safe for your computer and smartphone.

There are Android and Apple versions of all these apps.
