Video, Telephone, and/or Email Consultations:

We have always offered an up to 1 hour consultation for a flat fee of $250.00.

In order to promote efficiency and to protect the health of both our clients and ourselves we are pleased to now offer these 1 hour consultations by Video call, Telephone Call, and/or Email.

Video Calls can be done using your smartphone or using your webcam and microphone equipped desktop computer using any of the following applications.

1. Google Duo ... You can download and install it from the Google play store at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.tachyon

Google Duo is Google’s version of Apple’s Facetime application, and works well with smartphones.

Note: Google Duo is best for one on one connections. For multiparty connections with 3 or more participant phone numbers involved Zoom or WebEx are the best choices.

2. Zoom Cloud Meeting ... You can download and install it from the Google Play Store at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=us.zoom.videomeetings

Sign up for a Zoom Cloud Meeting free account at https://zoom.us/ . Then download the Zoom Cloud Meeting app from either the Google Play Store or Apple Store depending on your smartphone.

Note: Zoom handles multiparty connections of 3 or more participant phone numbers very well, but is limited to a conference call length of 40 minutes.

3. Cisco’s WebEx Meetings ... You can download and install WebEx Meetings for your desktop computer at https://www.webex.com/downloads.html/ . The smartphone app versions available from the Google Play Store and Apple Store are linked on that same page.

Note: WebEx handles multiparty connections of 3 or more participant phone numbers very well, and has no limits on conference call length.

All of the above apps are completely free to download and use. They are all from reputable well known companies, and are perfectly safe for your computer and smartphone.

The audio and video quality on any of these apps is excellent. There are Android and Apple versions

of all these apps.

While all of these programs are pretty easy to setup and use, Google Duo is the simplest of the 3 apps to setup and use. Google Duo is a great choice when only two phone numbers are involved.

All 3 of the above apps are great choices for video calls.
